Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer II to join our team at Integra LifeSciences. As a key member of our Operations Department, you will provide technical and engineering support to ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop equipment and floor layouts to optimize manufacturing processes
  • Support new product introduction activities and ensure smooth transition into production
  • Act as subject matter expert for assigned product lines, providing technical guidance and support to operators and other teams
  • Lead troubleshooting activities to minimize process downtime and re-occurrence of production issues
  • Identify key process indicators and collect data to drive manufacturing and yield improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar technical field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Medical Device industry or similar industry, or 0-2 years with a master's degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to read blueprints and electrical/pneumatic schematics
  • Strong technical writing abilities and demonstrated organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
