Job Description

At PARS Therapy, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality home health services to our clients in the Spring, TX area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and experience working with patients in a home health setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing skilled services to patients who meet the criteria for Medicare home health coverage, including occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, including exercises, activities, and education to promote independence and functional ability.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Active license in the state of TX required.
  • OT Liability insurance in the state of TX required.
  • Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy.
  • Home Health or Rehab experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor is required when explaining procedures and treatments.
