Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of complex software projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver innovative software solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Analyze complex technical problems and propose creative solutions, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members to resolve challenges.
  • Contribute to the development of the technology roadmap, aligning technical strategies with business objectives and advocating for user-centric design.
  • Assess technical risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • 8+ years of experience as a full stack software developer, with a strong background in cloud services, distributed systems design, and web development.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, with a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure,.Net Framework,.Net Core, C#, ASP.Net, Web Services, and Microsoft SQL Server database design.
