Job Description
As a Spa Manager at our luxury resort salon and spa, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, leading a team of professionals, and driving business growth. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring quality standards, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and payroll processing
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional guest service and quality standards
- Manage employee performance, including coaching, training, and discipline

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Range:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year
