The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the upgrade and maintenance of our manufacturing instrumentation and process control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the upgrade and replacement of existing control systems, including Rockwell Automation PLC and Reliance Automax Machine Coordinated Drive Control Systems.
  • Provide technical support for the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing instrumentation and process control systems.
  • Work closely with operations, process engineers, and maintenance teams to understand business and user needs and priorities.
  • Develop and implement data-driven reliability improvement opportunities, troubleshoot system hardware, and resolve software malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop and implement system improvements and software upgrades.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with operators, mechanics, process engineers, staff, and management.
  • Ability to work independently and through influence, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Experience with PLC programming and control systems configuration, documentation, and troubleshooting.
