About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to work in a home health setting. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.

What You'll Need
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent with license or certificate within the state providing services
  • At least two years of experience working independently under minimal supervision
  • Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
