Job Title: Pediatric Speech Therapist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team at Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to pediatric patients with cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional disabilities and delays.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations and interpret assessment results to develop personalized treatment plans in conjunction with the physician.
- Implement skilled interventions to maximize the potential of each individual child, assisting them to develop or regain cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional functioning.
- Educate, coach, and empower caregivers and families to develop skills to carry over therapeutic activities into the child's daily routine.
- Coordinate with referral partners to provide services for children in accordance with the physician order.
- Document patient care services and care coordination in an intuitive electronic medical record system.

Requirements:

- ASHA certification
- State License
- Current CPR certification
- A minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
