Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide after-hours and weekend care to hospice patients as needed
  • Enable patients to spend quality time with loved ones and engage in activities they enjoy
  • Build trusting relationships with patients and their families
  • Empower caregivers with education on patient care
  • Help patients and families maintain maximum comfort and coping during after-hours emergencies
Requirements:
  • RN license in the state of employment
  • Two years of experience as a registered nurse, with hospice experience preferred
  • Current driver's license
  • Current CPR and BCLS certification
  • Flexibility to meet agency-staffing needs, including weekends and weeknights
