About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at BlueWave Resource Partners in Bellevue, Washington. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a safe and productive work environment for our employees, visitors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for all employees, visitors, and vendors in the Bellevue office.
  • Create and maintain a welcoming and productive environment by greeting visitors, assisting employees, and managing office logistics.
  • Build strong relationships with office employees and leadership to ensure seamless communication and a positive workplace culture.
  • Communicate office updates, policies, and safety procedures to employees proactively as needed.
  • Manage conference room bookings, setups, and technology for both in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Support employees with workplace tools and resources, ensuring they have what they need to stay productive and satisfied in the office.
  • Assist with employee events, activities, and team-building efforts as needed.
  • Ensure the office space remains clean, organized, and ready for daily use, coordinating with cleaning teams as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Site Manager, Physical Security, and Health and Safety teams to maintain office safety and security.
  • Assist with security and safety training, inspections, and emergency drills to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory, distribution, and tracking of temporary access badges for visitors and new employees.
  • Regularly audit badge access logs and coordinate with building management to update employee access lists.
  • Serve as a point of contact for any security or safety-related concerns, resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Mac OS and Google Suite experience
  • High school diploma or associates degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in office coordination capacity or related field
  • Ability to learn quickly new software or tools
  • Strong organization skills for a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bonus points: CPR, AED, First Aid Certification
