Nursing Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at The Laurels of Massillon, where you will have the opportunity to use your nursing expertise to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our guests.
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing high-quality nursing care to our guests. This includes assessing their health needs, developing individualized plans of care, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the health status of guests and develop comprehensive plans of care
- Implement nursing interventions to stabilize guest conditions and prevent complications
- Supervise and mentor LPNs, STNAs, and other team members to ensure high-quality care
- Contribute to guest assessments and the development of care plans
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in long-term care setting preferred
- Current RN licensure in state of practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
