Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients on the Medical/Telemetry Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Current NV nursing license
- Current BLS certificate
- ACLS certificate
- One year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting preferred
