Speech-Language Pathologist for Schools

Soliant is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and make a difference in the lives of students. As an SLP in a school-based setting, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, supporting students' academic success and social development.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support students' communication needs within the classroom environment.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in school-based speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively engage with students, parents, and school staff.
