Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring that all products meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as needed
  • Stage and organize received raw materials and supplies in a safe and efficient manner
  • Verify product quality and report any discrepancies to the QA team
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials around the warehouse
  • Participate in physical inventories and maintain accurate records
  • Support the production team by supplying raw materials and supplies as needed
  • Perform daily inspections of equipment and report any issues to the maintenance team
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols
Requirements
  • Forklift certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic English reading, writing, and comprehension skills
Working Conditions
