Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team at Metro Parks Tacoma. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students of all ages and skill levels how to swim safely and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students
Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a swim instructor or coach
Current certification in CPR/AED and First Aid
Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
