Position Overview

Clever Devices Ltd. is a leader in transit technology, dedicated to enhancing global mobility through innovative solutions.

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Specialist to facilitate our warehouse operations. Your role will involve receiving, processing, sorting, loading, and unloading products, along with executing various warehouse tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process, package, and ship orders
  • Receive inventory by unloading trucks
  • Maintain and organize stock levels
  • Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure timely shipments using a Production Report
  • Optimize warehouse space
  • Coordinate with transportation contacts for all shipments, including international brokers
  • Assist with light configuration of certain products
  • Support facilities maintenance, safety, and overall upkeep

Required Skills:

  • Capability to lift heavy items
  • Previous experience and thorough understanding of shipping procedures
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Sound business judgment
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient written and verbal communication
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive in anticipating needs
  • Flexibility to work collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with MS Office, including Word and Excel, and shipping software like FedEx and UPS; willingness to learn new systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX
  • High School diploma or equivalent
