Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dental Hygienist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting thorough dental hygiene procedures, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, exams, and patient education
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and other staff members
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
- Current dental hygienist license in Florida
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening
- CPR Certification
- Any years of clinical experience
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
