Noon Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Noon Supervisor to join our team at Pleasanton Unified School District. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school's daily activities.

• Application Review and Processing: Review and process applications, resumes, and letters of introduction in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communication and Correspondence: Respond to applicants and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear and concise information about the application process and status.
• Support Services: Provide administrative support to the school community, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as needed.

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
