Position Summary:

As an HVAC Superintendent at L&S, you will oversee projects from initial planning through to completion. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets, scheduling tasks, and ensuring adherence to quality standards while maintaining a safe and secure construction environment. You will engage in regular communication with the Home Office and builders to ensure project alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance your expertise in the tri-trade field by collaborating with industry professionals to broaden your knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Organize and manage daily activities of helpers and subcontractors according to specific job requirements.
  • Ensure that all residential construction complies with design specifications, quality benchmarks, and regulatory standards.
  • Address and resolve issues related to work processes, including complaints, damages, accidents, and project delays.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a superintendent in single-family residential construction.
  • Possession of an EPA Universal HVAC certification.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop skills across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC trades.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and managing extensive documentation.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including working in various weather conditions, climbing, lifting heavy objects, and performing a range of physical activities.
