About the Role:
The Construction Technician is a key member of our team, responsible for performing interior demolition, installation, and finishing tasks to ensure units are ready for occupancy. This role requires experience in electrical, plumbing, appliance installation, drywall repair, and painting. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
Performs unit interior demolition, including removing lights, plumbing, and electrical fixtures, appliances, hardware, etc.
Performs unit interior installation, including installing lights, plumbing, and electrical fixtures, appliances, hardware, window coverings, etc.
Performs unit interior punch/finish, making the unit "Rent Ready" for inspection by Superintendent and then by Property Management.
Controls purchased materials for the unit renovation, ensuring stocking prior to installation at the beginning of the day or renovation sequence.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience with electrical, plumbing, appliance installation, drywall repair, and painting.
Knowledge and ability to use power and hand tools.
Use of computer Outlook software, Excel, and Word.

Pay Range:
