Position Summary:
This role involves engaging in daily operations and significant projects within the Finance Department.
The Finance Intern Associate will gain exposure to a variety of financial responsibilities, collaborating with Finance Team Members and occasionally undertaking projects independently.
This position will provide support and administrative assistance across diverse projects and tasks.The Finance Intern Associate is expected to maintain a consistent schedule of up to 20 hours per week during the academic year and may work full-time during the summer months.
The internship is anticipated to last for one year.Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Support the preparation of month-end financial statements
Assist in the creation, updating, and management of financial documentation
Help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with the finance team on annual budgeting initiatives
Deliver exceptional customer service to both division and corporate departments
Prepare various documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as required
Contribute to a range of Finance projects
Engage proactively with fellow team members
Provide assistance to other Finance Teams as necessary
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
0-1 years of relevant experience
Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior; Upholds organizational values.
Exhibits ability to adhere to company standards
Core Competencies:
Problem Solving & Decision Making, Accountability & Responsibility, Communication, Collaboration & Teamwork, & Customer Focus.
Utilize a computer for tasks such as email communication and report preparation, employing Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) software.
Complete assigned tasks/projects in a timely manner.
