Disaster Restoration Technician

We're a leading disaster restoration company, providing water and fire damage services to residential and commercial customers. We're currently seeking an entry-level technician to join our team in Reno.
As a disaster restoration technician, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including water extraction and mitigation, fire and smoke cleaning and restoration, biohazard cleanup, demolition and light construction, carpet cleaning, and content handling/storage.
You'll work closely with our experienced team members to ensure successful job completion, including following established policies and standard operating procedures. You'll also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, caring for company equipment and vehicles, and collaborating with production managers, job coordinators, and production teams.

- Assist lead technicians and project managers with mitigation and restoration projects.
- Learn and follow established policies and standard operating procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Care for company equipment and vehicles.
- Collaborate with production managers, job coordinators, and production teams.
- Complete and maintain required trainings and certifications.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Desire to excel in a 24/7/365 emergency services business.
- Willingness to work substantial overtime as required.
- Computer proficiency.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Primary physical presence at branch location in Reno.
- High school diploma.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift/carry 25 lb+.
