Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to patients with complex cardiac conditions, including heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, and stable post-interventional cardiology procedure patients.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patients' vital signs, medication, and treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • Current, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arkansas.
  • BSN degree preferred.
  • At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in cardiac care.
  • Certification in a relevant specialty, such as Cardiac Care or Critical Care.
  • Basic keyboarding skills, with proficiency in electronic medical records.
