As a PRN Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will deliver direct patient care across diverse treatment environments, including outpatient clinics, educational institutions, and Early Intervention programs.

Qualifications Required:
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
• Valid physical therapist state license (applications in progress are acceptable)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A solid work ethic in both independent and team-oriented environments
• Willingness to travel and work in multiple treatment settings – outpatient pediatrics, schools, Early Intervention
• Basic understanding of treatment models used in educational and Early Intervention contexts
• Experience in school settings is advantageous but not mandatory
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough and compassionate evaluations for new patients, set realistic goals, and create actionable treatment plans
• Provide ongoing physical therapy services that align with treatment plans, IEPs, and IFSPs as needed
• Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, treatments, and relevant patient interactions in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Progress patients safely through treatment levels according to their capabilities
• Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to enhance treatment effectiveness and sustainability
• Educate and empower patients, families, and caregivers throughout the therapy process
• Pursue continuous professional development through association memberships, workshops, and conferences
