About the Role

As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist with DispatchHealth Management, you will perform mobile diagnostic imaging procedures such as portable x-rays and EKG exams in various settings, including nursing homes and residential facilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high-quality images, maintain safety protocols, and keep equipment in good working order while delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to different locations to perform diagnostic imaging exams, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to deliver quality healthcare services.
  • Maintain accurate records, complete reports, and review images for diagnostic quality before transmission.
  • Provide training and orientation to new team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Must meet state-specific and federal requirements for performing portable x-rays, including ARRT certification (R) or a state x-ray license (if applicable).
  • A valid state-issued driver's license and a good driving record are required.
  • Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds and walk up/down stairs easily.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends, is essential.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, benefits include shift differentials, on-call pay, and a comprehensive health insurance package.
