Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Design and implement data quality metrics and reporting to track data quality performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members on data quality assurance best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data quality assurance processes remain current and effective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, testing, and/or quality assurance within data warehouse, data mart, or analytical environments.
  • 4+ years of experience with Agile development and quality assurance testing methodologies.
  • Prior commercial banking or real estate industry experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in leading or managing a team preferred.
