We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant and Bakery Kitchen Manager to join our team at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our back of house operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Ensure that all menu items are prepared and presented to the highest standards, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
