The Client Consultant is responsible for managing a designated portfolio of existing clients, aiming to enhance our business relationships and foster new connections across various departments within the organization by utilizing our comprehensive range of services. This role frequently involves collaboration with multiple business units and functions, including strategy, consumer insights, marketing, innovation, and finance. Solutions provided encompass data and trend analysis derived from established syndicated databases, along with tailored capabilities to meet specific client priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recognizing opportunities to enhance client relationships by evaluating their needs and suggesting new products or services from Euromonitor.
  • Conducting ongoing research on client accounts to grasp their objectives and formulating actionable business/account plans that detail sales strategies.
  • Organizing and facilitating calls and meetings with clients to ascertain their needs and strategies, while also delivering value during these exploratory discussions.
  • Broadening the network of contacts within current client organizations.
  • Overseeing all phases of the sales process to meet upsell targets.
  • Providing insights to our product development and research teams, acting as the internal representative of the customer perspective.
Qualifications:

  • A strong motivation to meet and exceed goals.

  • 3-5+ years of sales experience, showcasing a track record of success in similar roles.
  • Goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proactively addressing challenges with a solution-focused approach.

  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills, adept at managing numerous contacts, scheduling, follow-ups, and maintaining regular communication.
