About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Window Installation Trainee to join our team at West Shore Home. As a key member of our installation team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to our mission of becoming America's Most Admired Home Remodeling Brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet at our warehouse at 6:30AM to gather materials and load company trucks
  • Drive to customers' homes, greet, and establish rapport
  • Install replacement windows and exterior doors with attention to detail and care for customers' homes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction, or a willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately read a tape measure
  • Valid Driver's License and a smart phone or smart device for logging into company systems
