Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with GAAP.

  • Handle intercompany transactions and ensure accurate reconciliation of intercompany accounts.

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate successful audit outcomes.
  • Analyze financial data to provide forecasting and strategic support.

  • Participate in special projects and conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in accruals, balance sheets, income statements, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and fixed asset management.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting standards.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with experience in report generation and presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex financial information clearly.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
