About the RoleThis is a full-time position offering a flexible schedule with work-life balance. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care.
Key Responsibilities- Effectively screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing an appropriate plan of care following regulatory and clinical practice standards.
- Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
- Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care.
- Provide comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, meeting regulatory and clinical requirements.
