  • Collect Payment: Collect payment from customers, discounting properly and returning change accurately.
  • Help with Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation when necessary, including preparing sides, sauces, and other menu items.
  • Help Coworkers: Assist coworkers when possible, including running food, answering phones, dressing salads, collecting dishes for the bar and bus tub, etc.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service in a Fast-Paced Environment: Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and working well under pressure.
  • Inspect Restrooms and Dining Areas: Inspect restrooms and dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup, and take action to correct any problems that may arise.
  • Maintain a Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure, with customers and coworkers.
  • Serve Alcohol Responsibly: Serve alcohol responsibly and follow legal and safe alcohol handling procedures.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and coworkers.
  • Positive Attitude: Possess the ethics and positive attitude that support our values and culture.
  • Ability to Multi-Task: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize.
