Aerial Lineman

We are seeking an experienced Aerial Lineman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining aerial telecommunications systems, including the installation and repair of utility poles, wires, and other equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electricity, pole-line materials, and the safe use of tools and equipment.

• Build and maintain aerial telecommunications systems, including the installation and repair of utility poles, wires, and other equipment.
• Place and remove utility poles, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Safely operate mechanized equipment, such as bucket trucks and digger derricks, to perform tasks such as tree trimming and route clearing.
• Set up safety perimeters, using signage, cones, and safety barriers, to protect workers and the public.
• Interact with customers, utility owners, and governmental officials, representing Congruex LLC in a professional and positive manner.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the company's overall performance.
• Clean and maintain company vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Perform physical tasks required to complete day-to-day operations, including lifting and moving heavy equipment.
• Travel overnight to various sites as required.

• Thorough knowledge of electricity, pole-line materials, and the safe use of tools and equipment.
• CDL Class A license.
• Knowledge of RUS Construction Specifications, Aerial Safety Codes and Practices, and work methods associated with aerial line work.
• Valid Driver's License (unrestricted).
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• General knowledge of construction practices and equipment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact with the crew, leadership, and clients.
• Ability to function effectively as an integral part of a team.
• Meet physical demands, including lifting and moving heavy equipment.

• OSHA certification.
