We are an entrepreneurial-minded organization that values individual ideas and strategies. We are currently expanding our Service Department based out of our Bakersfield, CA office and seeking a motivated individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial inspections to diagnose problems using test drives and test instruments, such as pressure gauges and motor analyzers.
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs, including air and hydraulic brake repairs, warranty procedures, and electrical diagnostics.
- Clean, repair, and maintain equipment and components to ensure optimal performance.
- Responsible for getting equipment back up and running in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible.
- Adhere to Charger safety procedures at all times.
- A valid driver's license, Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of truck parts and equipment, as well as truck repairs.
- Knowledge of DOT/MTO rules and regulations is an asset.
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to understand issues and find solutions in a timely manner.
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
