At HRIS-Payroll and Timecard Systems, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Circular Knitting/Programmer. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in textile manufacturing and programming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tend to Circular Knitting machines and related software, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Set up, adjust, and repair knitting machines according to specifications, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Monitor and control knitting technical programs, making adjustments as needed to meet production requirements.
  • Record knitting program changes and updates, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  • Observe the operation of machines and examine knitted material to detect defects, implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Track and perform preventative maintenance of knitting machines, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Interpret technical manuals from machinery, applying knowledge to resolve complex issues.
  • Using measurement instruments, measure all articles in production, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in textile manufacturing and programming.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
