About the Role

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of basic maintenance functions, including repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform basic maintenance duties and repairs as assigned.
  • Assist in making decisions on all minor and routine repairs.
  • Maintain equipment; perform minor equipment repairs using power and hand tools.
  • Perform a variety of other unskilled or semiskilled tasks such as minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, minor electrical work, lamp changing and drywall maintenance.
  • Maintain logs, perform rounds and complete maintenance work orders, tests and inspections.
  • Read, comprehend and transmit complicated detailed instructions verbally and in writing.
Requirements
  • 13 years of general building maintenance experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks using a work order system
  • Experience with minor drywall and flooring
  • Building Automation Systems (BAS)
  • Generator monitoring remote notification system
  • Text alerts and responding to generators running
  • Driver's license and clean driving record
