Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated professionalism with exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer applications.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to evolving office requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, compliance standards, and OSHA regulations.
  • Understanding of ophthalmic surgical procedures is preferred.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Solid understanding of medical billing, coding, and insurance policies.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is essential.
