As a dedicated driver, you will drive the same out-and-back route daily and work with the same customers, providing consistency and stability.

The role involves hauling automotive parts in dry van trailers with newer day cabs, offering a safe and comfortable driving experience.

No-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight ensures minimal handling and a reduced risk of damage.

You will work closely with onsite leaders and dispatch to ensure seamless operations and efficient delivery.

Pay and Bonus Potential

This dedicated truck driving position offers attractive pay and bonus potential, including:

  • Route and detention pay to compensate for time spent on the road.
  • Safety and performance bonuses of up to $600 per quarter, encouraging safe driving practices and exceptional performance.
  • Longevity bonus of up to $750 per quarter, recognizing your commitment to the role.
  • Weekly paychecks ensure timely compensation for your hard work.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this dedicated truck driver position, you must:

  • Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Reside within 50 miles of Dickson, TN, to minimize commuting time.
  • Have a minimum of 3 months of Class A driving experience, ensuring you are well-versed in safe driving practices.
