In the role of IT Support Technician, your primary duties will involve delivering effective IT assistance and swiftly addressing daily challenges related to desktop, server, and telecommunication systems. You will also be instrumental in overseeing our point of sale (POS) system, Center Edge, and providing technical support for our unique events, ensuring memorable experiences for our guests.

This is a full-time, year-round role, with heightened activity during peak seasons, and may require weekend shifts based on operational demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and support for Center Edge (POS) hardware and software
  • Assist the IT department with technical and entertainment-related support
  • Address user inquiries and resolve technical issues
  • Troubleshoot common IT problems and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Maintain local area network (LAN) performance and workstations
  • Diagnose technical issues and guide users through solutions
  • Create and update documentation to track and resolve IT challenges
  • Stay informed about industry trends through networking and educational opportunities
