As the Mechanical Engineering Manager at Card-Monroe Automation, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge mechanical systems in automated equipment.

Your role will involve managing a skilled team of engineers and technicians, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and automation systems.

You will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines and budgets while continuously driving improvements in system efficiency and performance.

• Lead a team of engineers and technicians in designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of mechanical and automation systems
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Continuously drive improvements in system efficiency and performance

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in custom automation systems
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex automation projects
• Familiarity with safety standards such as ISO and OSHA regulations
• Proficient in SolidWorks (PDM preferred)
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, electric actuators, servos, and robotics
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking
• Effective communication and project management skills
