Job Opportunity: Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team.

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly qualified Cath Lab Technologist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical imaging and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures: Conduct a range of medical imaging procedures, including coronary angiograms and peripheral angiograms.
  • Operate medical equipment: Use advanced medical equipment, such as fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines, to capture high-quality images.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams: Work closely with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain patient records: Accurately document patient information, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of CLT experience: Possess a strong background in cath lab technology, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Knowledgeable in EP Lab: Have a solid understanding of electrophysiology laboratory procedures and equipment.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology: Hold a degree from an accredited school of radiology technology or an equivalent program.
  • AHA BLS: Possess a current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • EMR: EPIC: Have experience working with electronic medical records, specifically EPIC.
  • AHA ACLS preferred: Possess a current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • ARRT (R) or CCI (RCIS) preferred: Hold a certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
  • Travel experience preferred: Have experience working in a travel or per diem capacity.
