Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Eat'n Park Restaurants. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe dishroom environment, ensuring the proper handling and storage of dishes, and supporting our culinary team in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper detergent levels, rinse agent levels, and water temperatures in the dish machine.
• Follow established procedures for running items through the dish machine.
• Correctly stack and store dishes, glasses, and flatware to prevent contamination.
• Maintain a clean and dry dishroom floor at all times.
• Keep guest and employee restrooms clean and stocked.
• Perform general maintenance duties, including cleaning outside areas of the restaurant.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in temperatures that may exceed 90 degrees or drop below 30 degrees.
