Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Heartland Family Service. This role will provide clinical supervision and support to our therapists, promoting their professional development and practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision to assigned staff, including clinical interns
- Manage day-to-day clinical operations for assigned programs, including crisis access and coverage, staffing, and implementing new models
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client clinical records, including treatment plans and progress summaries
- Develop and implement treatment plans with clients, utilizing advanced clinical skills in diagnosis and intervention formulation
- Meet or exceed direct service hour requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with referral networks and the community
- Display a courteous and caring attitude towards clients, staff, and visitors
- Collaborate with program area staff, volunteers, and other Agency staff to achieve shared goals
- Attend training opportunities to develop personal and professional skills
- Develop and maintain a dynamic self-care plan to ensure overall well-being
- Contribute to the agency's fundraising and friend-raising efforts by building connections with the larger community
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Independent licensure where applicable by state regulations
- Five years' experience as a therapist
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Heartland Family Service offers a competitive salary range of $58,000 to $73,376 per year, based on total years of relevant experience. Our benefits package includes a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
