We are seeking a skilled Park Maintenance Worker to join our team at Government Jobs. As a key member of our parks maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing manual laborer duties associated with parks maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual laborer duties such as cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance of parks and recreational facilities.
  • Operate various equipment and machinery such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and other tools.
  • Assist with event setup and teardown, including installing and removing equipment and supplies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in manual labor or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Working Conditions:

This is a seasonal position, working approximately 20 hours per week. The work schedule will vary depending on the needs of the department.
