As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver advanced treatment and holistic care to address the medical, physical, emotional, and vocational needs of individuals facing challenges such as brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputations, and multiple traumas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a Nursing Assistant partner to manage a reasonable patient caseload.
- Assist patients in achieving their individual care plan goals and milestones.
- Manage admissions and transfers effectively.
- Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
- Analyze assessment and diagnostic data, including laboratory results and telemetry.
- Accurately transcribe and process medical orders.
- Foster continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide instruction and counseling to patients and their families.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid State RN License.
- BLS certification required upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSN or enrollment in a BSN program.
- Relevant clinical experience.
