Your Role:
As a Hospitality Services Representative, your warm greetings, exceptional service, and welcoming demeanor will be crucial in ensuring guests have unforgettable vacations from check-in to check-out. Your Contributions:
  • Deliver friendly welcomes to guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Assist guests with the registration process, issue room keys, and share information about the resort and surrounding attractions.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions in strict accordance with established protocols.
  • Reconcile cash receipts, conduct cash checks, and fulfill other cashier responsibilities.
  • Complete all check-out processes, ensuring accurate charges and credits in guest accounts.
  • Manage reservations for individuals and groups efficiently.
  • Provide accurate room rate information to guests.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and thoroughly.
