About the Role

As a Team Member at Playa Bowls, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that all menu items are prepared to our high standards.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff
  • Prepare and serve menu items to our high standards
  • Manage time effectively and meet all job responsibilities
  • Perform food preparation and service tasks
  • Operate a cash register system
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Replenish supplies and condiments
  • Notify staff of food orders and shortages
  • Assist with opening and closing store procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Support store goals and objectives
