Job Overview

Always Best Care Senior Services is looking for caring and committed in-home bilingual Spanish speaking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and caregivers to assist senior clients in their daily needs.

Position Details:

Compensation: $12 to $17 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Available Shifts: We are hiring for all shifts.

Job Type: Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that enhance their physical and mental health.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties and laundry as required.
  • Prepare healthy meals for clients, adhering to any specific dietary needs.
  • Assist with medication reminders and monitor clients' overall health status.
  • Report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate supervisor or family member.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of services rendered.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Spanish speaking is preferred.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with an insured and registered vehicle.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Availability to work every other weekend.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a CNA or caregiver.
