Responsibilities
">- Prepare and review pre-closing documentation for commercial lending and/or commercial real estate construction and permanent loans.
- Coordinate and act as a liaison with attorneys, Relationship Managers, and other professionals.
- Sets up loan files in accordance with standard department procedures.
- Maintain loan closing reference procedures.
- Assist in daily department responsibilities.
- Prepare and process post-closing documents and reports.
