Caregiving Professional for PCU Unit

Job SummaryThis role requires a dedicated and compassionate individual who can work 12-hour shifts, nights, and commit to a minimum of 36 hours per week. You will be working in a state-of-the-art healthcare facility, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

Your ResponsibilitiesAs a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Participating in educational programs and workshops to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A valid nursing license in good standing.
- At least 1 year of experience in a progressive care unit or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and adhering to industry standards and regulations.
