Alliance Captain

Join PACCAR, a Fortune 500 company, as a key member of our team. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Alliance Captain to lead the operations of our luxury yacht, M/Y Alliance.

The Alliance Captain will be responsible for the safe and successful operation of the M/Y Alliance, ensuring that all crew members and guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. This role requires a high level of expertise in yacht operations, navigation, and safety, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Operate the vessel in accordance with PACCAR's safety and operational standards.
• Direct and supervise the crew, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Manage the procurement of supplies and equipment, as well as vessel maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and implement a continuous improvement program to enhance the overall performance of the M/Y Alliance.
• Interact with guests and PACCAR managers in a professional and courteous manner.

• Five years of experience as a captain of a yacht 100' or larger.
• U.S. Coast Guard National Master 500 License.
• STCW certification.
• First aid and CPR qualifications.
